María Gamero has spent her entire career immersed in the intersection of fashion, storytelling, and identity. With a background in Fashion Design and further studies at the prestigious Parsons School in Paris, María has built a path that fuses creativity, commerce, and culture—always with a strong aesthetic signature and a clear instinct for what feels honest and real.

Her work spans music, fashion, and advertising. She began collaborating with Sony Music as an image consultant, shaping the visual identity of several emblematic Spanish bands. From there, she moved into commercial styling, working closely with production companies and agencies on campaigns for both national and international brands.

María’s creative process begins with observation. Her references are rooted in reality, never trends. Old photographs of her mother at the Marbella Club in the 1970s, the distinct personal style of her friends in the 1990s before fast fashion took hold, the vibrant individuality of people on the London tube or walking through the street—these are the images that shape her work. She draws inspiration from people who dress with a clear sense of who they are: unpolished, intuitive, and personal.

Her approach centers on individuality and story. The aim is not to stand out for the sake of it, but to create something that feels true to the moment and the person wearing it.

Before transitioning into styling, María spent over a decade working across fashion design, retail, and brand development. She launched two accessories labels—ESFERA and X’It—and later joined BCBG Max Azria as purchasing manager for the Spanish market. This experience gave her a sharp understanding of how creative vision connects with commercial realities.

Today, María continues to work across editorial, music, and commercial spaces—with an approach that is grounded, intentional, and shaped by the belief that style is most powerful when it reflects the individuality of the person wearing it.
